re: Thine Fury

Double Time: This is crucial for mobility during fights. You will not need to charge often, but when you do, having multiple charges available is very helpful.
Impending Victory: This is used offensively for fury. 10 Rage for a potential 100k hit is very useful, especially when it heals you as well. Keep in mind certain fights will dictate a different healing talent.
Disrupting Shout: A backup AoE interrupt is the most helpful talent from this tier as a DPS warrior.
Dragon Roar: This will change on a per fight basis, but Dragon Roar is the highest single target ability in this tier.
Safeguard: Adds raid utility to another mobility ability.
Bloodbath: The highest damage ability in this tier for DPS warriors. Avatar will very very rarely be used over Bloodbath. Stormbolt takes up too many GCDs to be viable.

Core Abilities:

Enrage - Bloodthirst and Colossus Smash critical hits Enrage you, generating 10 rage and increasing your physical damage by 10% for 6 seconds.
Mastery: Unshackled Fury - Increases physical damage done while Enraged by (x)%.
Bloodsurge - Your Bloodthirst hits have a 20% chance of lowering the global cooldown to 1 second and reducing the rage cost by 20 of your next 3 Wild Strikes.
Berserker Rage - You become Enraged.
Raging Blow - A mighty blow that deals 190% weapon damage from both melee weapons. Becoming Enraged enables 1 use of Raging Blow. Limit 2 charges.
Bloodthirst - Instantly attack the target, dealing 113% weapon damage plus 1892 with your main hand weapon and restoring 1% of your health. Bloodthirst has double the normal chance to be a critical strike. Generates 10 rage.
Wild Strike - A quick strike with your off-hand weapon that deals 230% weapon damage plus 2285 and causes Mortal Wounds on the target.
Heroic Strike - An attack that instantly deals 110% weapon damage plus 741 (154% plus 1037 if a one-hand weapon is equipped).
Colossus Smash - Smashes a target for 175% weapon damage plus 524 and weakens their defenses, allowing your attacks to bypass 100% of their armor for 6 seconds, and causes the Physical Vulnerability effect on the target.
Execute - Attempt to finish off a wounded foe, causing 5583 plus 255% of Attack Power as physical damage. Only usable on enemies that have less than 20% health.

Your goal as a fury warrior is to maintain your Enraged effect as much as possible. This enables your mastery and one of your primary hardest hitting attacks, Raging Blow. To do this, you will want to maximize the number of Bloodthirst and Colossus Smash used in your rotation, as well as properly managing Berserker Rage.

In addition to maintaining Enraged, you must also make the best use of your mastery and properly prioritize attacks while Enraged. This goes doubly for when the Colossus Smash debuff is applied. To strike a balance, you'll be using the following possible scenarios as a rotation.

1: Bloodthirst > Raging Blow > Empty GCD
This is your standard ideal scenario. When Bloodthirst critically hits, you will gain a charge of Raging Blow! and become Enraged. You'll use Raging Blow and then sit for a GCD to preserve rage.
2: Bloodthirst > Raging Blow > Raging Blow
This is the most ideal scenario. There are a few ways to attain two Raging Blow! procs, one of when Bloodsurge procs and you follow scenario 3, and the other is when Berserker Rage is off CD. Maximizing the number of times this scenario occurs is key to sustaining high damage.
3: Bloodthirst > Wild Strike > Wild Strike > Wild Strike
This is your rage/proc saving scenario. When Bloodsurge procs, Wild Strike will light up. Use 3 Wild Strikes, sit on your Raging Blow! proc if you got one.
4: Bloodthirst > Empty GCD > Empty GCD
This scenario comes about if you do not have a Blood Surge proc and you have 0 Raging Blow! procs.
5: Bloodthirst > Colossus Smash > Raging Blow
This is your ideal Colossus Smash rotation. During Colossus Smash, you will always be burning excess rage that you've saved up during scenario 3 and 4. The moment Colossus Smash hits, you should be spamming Heroic Strike.
6: Bloodthirst > Colossus Smash > Empty GCD
The only reason you will ever leave an empty GCD during Colossus Smash is when you have no procs, and you're using your rage for Heroic Strike spam.

These scenarios repeat every 3 GCDs. Your fourth GCD will always be Bloodthirst unless you're in Execute phase, which we'll get to in a moment.

Rage management is crucial while following the rotation laid out above. When you are above 90-100 rage, you will need to use Heroic Strike to drop down, but your goal is to save rage for Colossus smash so you can heroic strike spam.

Execute Phase:

Execute phase is your period of highest sustained damage. You will be rage pooling and saving cooldowns for it.
